Gentle Reminder

Hi friends! 

With COVID-19 affecting so many facets of our lives (at least in San Diego), I am finding the need to prioritize and re-prioritize my schedule to meet the emotional needs of my kids, my husband, and myself. I’m guessing many of you are in the same boat. 

I’m writing this little note to remind you to take pen to paper and journal about what is on your mind and in your heart. 

Countless studies have shown the benefits of journaling for stress management and thought processing, but we don’t need science to confirm for us what we already know to be true! Journaling provides clarity. The cream rises to the top in our slurry of thoughts, helping us to focus on what really matters.  

Take care, wash your hands, hug your quaranteam, and when you have 5 minutes, journal!
