all about you: ten prompts to capture yourself in writing
Tell us about yourself! Or, better yet, tell you about yourself.
We invite you to dedicate some space in your journal to describing who you are today. It’s so very easy to write your to-dos, to write about the day’s events, and to write about people you’ve met. It takes a little more digging, sometimes uncomfortably, to identify who you are today, and be able to express your identity in writing.

By journaling who you are today, without filters, pretenses, or societal expectations, you give yourself permission to just be. Looking at who you are with mindfulness – not judgment – allows you to acknowledge your shortcomings, identify your strengths, cultivate your potential, and appreciate the amazing being that is YOU.
